Flagstaff City Services Enters Stage Three Reopening Procedures

The City of Flagstaff has entered into Stage Three of the city’s re-entry plan from closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Stage Three reopening means most city facilities will be open to the public and begin limited services. Lobbies and public areas will incorporate queuing mechanisms with tape, signage and ground markings. Special events and other permits for activities on city property will be limited and/or modified to minimize gatherings to 50 people or less. Indoor city recreational facilities, including the Aquaplex, recreation centers, and gyms, may continue to be closed, however the city’s Parks and Recreation Department says they are currently planning for a safe reopening of the facilities and reopening dates and times will be announced soon. There are four stages of reopening for city entities in Flagstaff.
