The Rio de Flag Project will be the main topic of conversation on the agenda tonight for the Flagstaff City Council. Council will receive an update on the project. Project plans have been submitted and are in the review process, with Army Corps of Engineers approval of a final design anticipated by May of next year. The city continues to work on right-of-way acquisition and environmental clearances as well as continued discussions with BNSF.
