The Flagstaff City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday afternoon at City Hall. Items on the agenda include offering relocation benefits up to $50-thousand for those currently residing in the area of the future Lone Tree Overpass. The bridge was approved by the voters in the 2020 election and will continue Lone Tree Road from Butler to Route 66 with an overpass built to go over the railroad tracks. Council will also discuss the Beulah/University Roadway Project and discuss the Alternate Response Model and Care Center. They will also hear a citizen’s petition for an item to be placed on a future agenda that requests a meeting with city and county representatives to get a comprehensive report of what mitigation has been done on the Museum Fire burn scar and watershed. Limited seating is available in council chambers if you would like to attend, or watch the meeting on the city’s website.
