The Flagstaff City Council will hold its final meeting of 2019 tonight at City Hall. Council will consider an ordinance that would change the time frame to discuss future salary increases for council. The ordinance will be read for the first time tonight, then on January 7th for the final time. Council will also vote on a resolution regarding flag designations on the city’s flag pole for 2020. They will also discuss a pending minimum wage study in which the results will be presented to council on January 7th. They will also discuss county flood control district issues and the priority based budgeting program inventory and costing update. These issues will be during the 6 p.m. meeting.
