Flagstaff City Council To Discuss Building Heights, Housing Codes Tonight At City Hall

The Flagstaff City Council will conduct a work session tonight at City Hall. Council will talk about updates to the zoning code, specifically Community Commercial Zone regarding building heights and High Occupancy Housing Land Use. They will also discuss possible new regulations on new developments coming into the city with a retail component for the benefit of higher density and not providing retail. They will also discuss council salaries and December’s lobbying trip to Washington D.C. The work session starts at 6 p.m.
