The Flagstaff City Council will hold a regular session tonight at City Hall. Council will discuss amendments to the city’s Animal Keeping Code. One of the changes would prohibit residents from having goats on a small property. Goats would no longer be allowed in property less than 40-thousand square feet. The animals would be lumped in with other animals such as cattle, horses and pigs. Council will also hear an update from public works on snow readiness. Council will also receive an update on the Schultz Creek Trailhead Community Survey. There will also be future agenda item requests from councilman McCarthy to discuss short term rentals and from councilman Aslan on potable water. The meeting starts at 6 p.m.
