The Flagstaff City Council will meet Tuesday evening in a work session in which they will discuss a proposed resolution to raise the maximum the city can spend annually by four-million dollars. Council will also discuss additional funding for High Country Humane. The facility is experiencing a deficit due to underestimations of numerous different costs. High Country Humane is requesting an additional $145-thousand dollars per year. The work session starts at 6 p.m. If you can’t attend, you can watch it online at the city’s website.
