The Coldwater Fire continues to burn near Clints Well. Fire officials say over 58-hundred acres has burned from the lightning-caused fire. Flight operations had to be halted after a privately-owned drone was discovered flying over the fire on Saturday. Officials remind the public that it is illegal to operate a private drone near any wildfire as they can cause serious safety hazards for firefighting aircraft. Coconino National Forest fire managers are controlling the fire and plan to keep it in 17-thousand acre area. Burnout operations are expected today, so increased smoke will be seen coming from the fire.
