Driver Seriously Injured After The Person Lost Control Of A Truck And Ended Up In A Culvert In Sedona

One person was seriously hurt when the truck the subject was driving spun out and off the road and into a culvert sideways in Sedona Wednesday. Fire officials say the incident happened on Sierra Road, when the truck was turning the corner of Panorama Boulevard onto Sierra at a high rate of speed. When the truck made the turn, it spun out into the culvert. The driver sustained a head injury and was taken to Verde Valley Medical Center and then airlifted to a Phoenix area hospital for treatment. There were no other vehicles involved in the accident.
