Today is Day Nine of Yavapai Silent Witness’ “Catch 22″ Program.” Today we focus on finding 52-year-old Shawn Timothy McElliott. On March 9th 2019, McElliott entered a fenced area of private property in Wickenburg and stole a vehicle. He then drove around the property, hitting the victim’s well, tack shed and horse trailer, doing over $3,000 in damage. One of the victims caught McElliott and restrained him until police arrived. He was arrested and convicted on charges related to the incident. He was placed on probation, which he has now violated. He is a white male, six-foot-three inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes. His last known address was on South Virginia Street in Prescott and has ties to Palm Springs, California. Yavapai Silent Witness is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for anyone with any information leading to his arrest.
