Day 21 Of “Catch 22” Focuses On A Search For A Prescott Valley Woman

Today is Day 21 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ “Catch 22” program. Today we focus on finding 32-year-old Rebecca Jo Witter. On March 2nd, 2015 Witter was contacted at a Prescott area hotel where she was staying with a friend and a two-year-old child. Following a probation search of the room, detectives found multiple items of drug paraphernalia with drug residue, a used syringe and heroin. She was arrested on drug charges and child abuse. Witter was later placed on probation and has since violated it. She is a white female, five-feet-two inches tall and 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Witter has multiple tattoos and her last known address is in Prescott Valley. A reward of up to $500 is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
