Day 20 Of “Catch 22” Involves The Search For A Man Wanted On Drug Charges Back In 2004

Today is Day 20 in Yavapai Silent Witness’s “Catch 22” program. The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office is searching for 38-year-old Oscar Omar Atienso-Cruz. On October 7th, 2004, Atienso-Cruz was stopped for operating a vehicle in Bridgeport with no tail lights. Upon stopping, a K9 was deployed and alerted deputies to the presence of drugs. As a result, meth was found on Atienso-Cruz. He has a felony warrant for possession of dangerous drugs for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia. His last known address was on Seventh Street in Cottonwood. A $500 reward has been offered for information leading to his arrest.
