Day 18 of Catch 22 Focuses on Man Guilty of Criminal Impersonation and Criminal Damage

Today is Day 18 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ “Catch 22” Program. Yavapai County law enforcement is asking for your help in locating 21-year-old Raymond Elijah Padilla. On April 12th, 2021, Padilla was found guilty of criminal impersonation and criminal damage. The court suspended the imposition of sentence and placed Padilla on standard probation for a period of two years. In May of 2022, Padilla was also found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and theft and was placed on probation supervision for three years to run concurrently with his other charges. Padilla has failed to comply with the conditions of his release and his whereabouts are unknown. A felony warrant for his arrest with nationwide extradition has been issued by the court. Padilla is five-foot-seven inches and 135 pounds. His whereabouts are unknown and his last known address was in the one thousand block of East Beech Circle in Cottonwood.
