Today is Day Eleven of Yavapai Silent Witness’s “Catch 22” program, where each day we will spotlight a person who is wanted in Yavapai County. Today we focus on 34-year-old Tyrell Edison Manakaja. DPS says on January 15th, 2015 the received reports of a vehicle that was brake checking other vehicles, driving erratically and ran another vehicle off the road on Interstate 40 near Seligman. After a trooper contacted Manakaja, he was under the influence of alcohol and was arrested. He had a blood alcohol content of point-20 and was also in possession of marijuana. Manakaja has a felony warrant for three counts of endangerment, extreme DUI, possession of marijuana and an open container violation. He is described as a Native American male, six-foot-two inches tall and weighs 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Yavapai Silent Witness is offering $500 for information leading to his arrest.
