There are no new reported deaths in Coconino County Saturday, according to health officials. The number of COVID-19 related deaths remains at 44. Positive tests are up 14 to 510 cases. Negative tests in the county are up 83 to 1,999. The number of positive tests in the Greater Flagstaff Area has risen to at least 68, with 42 of the cases in an area from East Flagstaff to Wuptaki National Monument. The number of positive cases in non-tribal areas of Page is 55 with 375 cases in tribal communities of the county. Of the confirmed cases, 81 were admitted to the hospital at some time during their illness. Twenty are currently hospitalized in the county. Health officials also say of those who have tested positive, 25-percent had some sort of chronic medical condition, while 45-percent of the positive cases were in high-risk populations, which are people ages 65-years-old and older with at least one chronic medical condition.
