A Cottonwood man was arrested Monday in connection with multiple burglaries of Old Town businesses. Police say two businesses were burglarized during the late evening hours Sunday. The suspect tried to gain access to store registers to take around a thousand dollars in cash. Video surveillance footage of one of the burglaries showed a man that management of one of the stores recognized. They identified the suspect as 27-year-old Mitchell Kehle, who was an employee. Cottonwood Police were tipped off that Kehle was in the Old Town area. Officers found and arrested Kehle on charges of burglary and theft. He was booked into the Yavapai County Detention Center, but has since been released on bond.
