Cottonwood Man Arrested After Exposing Himself In Front Of Four Kids

A Cottonwood man was arrested Sunday after he exposed himself in front of four children ranging from four to eleven years old. The children live in an apartment complex nearby and were walking in the area of the suspect’s home when the incident happened. Officers arrested 41-year-old Sean Curtis Noble after obtaining a search warrant when Noble wouldn’t let officers inside his home. He was booked into the Yavapai County Detention Center on four counts of indecent exposure and four counts of public sexual indecency, all felonies. Noble is a Level 3 registered sex offender for similar charges. The investigation is ongoing.
