Coconino National Forest To Reopen Picnic Areas Friday, Campgrounds Next Wednesday

Some campgrounds around Arizona will begin to reopen Friday. In the Coconino National Forest, day use areas will reopen. Banjo Bill Picnic Site, Bell Rock Pathway/Vista, Bootlegger Picnic Site, Cathedral Rock Trial, Courthouse Butte Loop Trail/Vista, Dry Creek Vista Trailhead and Trails, Encinoso and Halfway picnic sites along with Long Canyon and Mescal trailheads will all open Friday. Cave Springs, Clear Creek, Forked Pine, Manzanita and Pine Flat campgrounds will open Wednesday, along with Beaver Creek, Call of the Canyon, Crescent Moon and Grasshopper Point picnic areas, as well as Honanki Heritage Site and West Fork Trailhead and Trail.
