Coconino County Nearing 500 Positive Cases, But No New Reported Deaths Friday

Coconino County is nearing the 500 positive cases of COVID-19, however there are no deaths to report Friday. Health officials say there are 24 new cases to raise the mark to 496 positive cases in the county with 44 deaths. There are 40 new negative tests, which raises the total to 1,805. Negative tests are up by 111 to 1,916. Of the positive cases, there are at least 67 cases in the Greater Flagstaff Area. There are 55 cases in non-tribal areas of Page and 363 in the tribal areas of Coconino County. Health officials say the number of positive cases to those tested is 21-percent.
