Coconino County Health and Human Services and Northern Arizona University continue surge testing for COVID-19 this week. Testing will be self-administered and will be free of charge. Testing will take place from noon until 8 p.m. in Flagstaff at Fort Tuthill County Park and at the parking lot of the Motel 6 at 831 West Route 66 in Williams. Testing will be done daily until at least Sunday. Walk-up testing will be also be available at Northern Arizona University in the University Union Fieldhouse. That location will also be open daily from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. through at least the 23rd. This location is open not only for NAU students, but for all Coconino County residents. Free parking will be available on the upper levels of the San Francisco Parking Garage. People seeking a test at a surge site are asked to register in advance to expedite the testing process.
