Coconino County Deputy Manager Joanne Keene Becomes New Deputy City Manager In Sedona

Coconino County Deputy County Manager Joanne Keene is leaving the county to become the new Deputy City Manager in Sedona. The city made the announcement Thursday. Keene spent just over a year as Deputy County Manager. Before that she was the Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff at Northern Arizona University and has also spent time as Government Relations Director for Coconino County. Sedona City Manager Karen Osburn says Keene is “well suited to help lead the city in the day-to-day operations and to assist with many of our larger initiatives like transit and housing.” Keene will begin her new job in mid-May.
