City Of Flagstaff To Re-Enter Stage One Fire Restrictions Friday Morning

The City of Flagstaff will re-enter Stage One fire restrictions when the Coconino and Kaibab forest do at 8 a.m. Friday morning. Stage One restrictions means: No permits are issued for open burning within the city, use of charcoal barbecue grills is prohibited at Thorpe Park, McMillan Mesa Park, McPherson Park, Buffalo Park, Observatory Mesa, Picture Canyon Natural Area and private Campgrounds. There will be no smoking in the same areas, along with disc golf courses and the Flagstaff Urban Trail System. Open fire pits and open flame devices are prohibited within city limits.
