The City of Flagstaff will enter into Stage Four fire restrictions Wednesday 8 a.m. due to the threat of the Rafael Fire, and other fires in Northern Arizona. Stage Four means all outdoors grills, including those with an on/off switch are prohibited to use throughout the city. That includes propane gas, charcoal, pellet and any open flame grills. Entrances into the Coconino National Forest from the FUTS trails are closed, since the forest will close as well Wednesday. Also public entry or use of Observatory Mesa and Picture Canyon Open Space lands is prohibited. The city will be in Stage Four until further notice.
