The City of Flagstaff is now in Phase Three of its COVID-19 reentry plan. Under Phase Three, the city has reopened city facilities and amenities on a limited basis, however, face coverings are required in city facilities. The Flagstaff City Hall has reopened with limited hours of 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Customer Service Counter is open to walk-in customers, an appointment is required to meet with other staff. The Flagstaff Aquaplex will reopen June 1st for returning and past members Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. however, only the gym and fitness floor will be open with limited capacity. The Hal Jensen Recreation Center is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. The Main Flagstaff Library is open for computer use from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The East Flagstaff Community Library is open for patron computer use on also on from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m., Monday and Wednesday, and 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Friday and Saturday. Reservations are required for each 45-minute computer appointment and can be made online at flagstaffpubliclibrary.org, or by calling the Main Library at (928) 213-2331; or the East Flagstaff Community Library at (928) 213-2348.
