City Of Flagstaff Is Conducting A Drop Off This Weekend If Residents Have Bags Of Leaves And Pine Needles

If you have bags of dried leaves and pine needles, three drop-off locations will be open this Saturday and Sunday. You can drop off your bags between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the Jay Lively Activity Center at 1650 North Turquoise Drive, Continental Park at 5650 East Old Walnut Canyon Road and University Highlands Park at 3888 South Jewel Drive. City staff will be present to help residents with the drop off. Only pine needles and leaves will be accepted at this weekend’s drop off. Material from the drop-off will be used to enrich the compost piles at the NAU compost facility.
