The City of Flagstaff will begin Stage Three of the city’s re-entry plan from closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic on Monday. Stage Three reopening means most city facilities will be open to the public and begin limited services. Flagstaff City Hall will be open from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Customer service will be open to walk-in customers, however an appointment is required to meet with other staff. Stage Three also includes direction for a tiered reopening of the city’s Parks and Recreation facilities and amenities. Those plans, which includes bringing part-time staff members back from furlough, are in progress and details will be released within the next few weeks.
