The Flagstaff City Council will meet in a special and work session Tuesday at City Hall. In the special session, council will recognize Flagstaff’s Olympic athletes. They will then hear, and rule, on an appeal from the developer of a planned residential development within Presidio in the Pines. The plan is for 39 multi-family residences be built at 2940 South Woody Mountain Road. Then in the following work session, council will update and review the Flagstaff Draft Ten-Year Housing Plan. They will also hear from the city’s Sustainability Office, who has partnered with the NAU Climate Science and Solutions Graduate Program, to create a resource document on resilience for the City of Flagstaff. The meeting will begin at 3 p.m. at City Hall. Limited seating is available and you can watch it online on the city’s website.
