Chino Valley Police are looking for three endangered subjects. They are looking for 45-year-old David Batten, 28-year-old Elissa Landry and 24-year-old Mitchell Mincks. The three were last heard from back on Sunday at around 3:45 p.m. Officers took a missing person’s report on Chino Drive Tuesday at around 6 p.m. Batten is the home owner, Landry is his stepdaughter and Mincks is her boyfriend. When officers came back to the home Wednesday, officers discovered evidence indicating foul play and a criminal investigation is underway. Batten is six-feet tall, weighs around 255 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes and goes by Nick. Landry is five-feet-ten inches tall and weighs around 155 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes and goes by Ellie. Minks is six-foot-one and weighs around 206 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes and goes by Mitch. It’s believed they may be headed to Iowa in a blue 2013 Subaru Forester, bearing an Arizona Women’s Veteran plate WV1236. If you see the three, or the vehicle, call 911, or Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232. You can also go online and leave a tip at yavapaisw.com. Police say this is an active investigation and no further details will be released at this time.
