Chino Valley Police Looking For A Forgery Suspect

The Chino Valley Police Department is looking for information into a forgery incident at the Ace Hardware store last week. Officials say an unidentified man went into the store last Wednesday at around 4:52 p.m. He picked up some items and went to pay for them with a $100 bill. The bill was accepted by the store clerk. It was later determined the bill was counterfeit and the police were called. Police are looking for a white male in his 40s or 50s. He was wearing a dark blue t-shirt, light blue, ripped up jean shorts and black and white sneakers. He was also wearing a grey and dark colored baseball cap with sunglasses on the hat.
