Cellar Fire Evacuation Order Lifted For Pine Flat

Residents of Pine Flat are allowed to return to their homes after they were told to leave earlier this week due to the Cellar Fire burning south of Prescott. The lifted evacuation also means the American Red Cross Shelter at Prescott High School is closing down. The fire has burned over 74-hundred acres and is 18-percent contained. It started last Sunday by a lightning strike. Fire crews hope more containment will be accomplished on the fire over the next couple of days.
