A pair of Bank of America branches in Prescott has temporarily closed down due to events surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. BofA spokeswoman Colleen Haggerty says “we continue to take steps to support our clients and employees during the health crisis, balancing keeping as many financial centers open as possible while at times briefly closing some financial centers when our staffing is not sufficient for all to remain open.” She says the branches in downtown Prescott and on Willow Creek Road are closed, but the ATM’s remain open, as well as the ATM at nearby Shopps on Lee Boulevard. The financial center on Highway 69 in Prescott Valley is open as well. Haggerty says they expect the branch on Willow Creek Road to be the first to reopen in the next two weeks. Customers can also do their banking on the mobile app and online, as well as check the branch locator on bankofamerica.com for the most up to date opening hours for branches in the Quad Cities area.
