Aztec Street In Flagstaff To Close Monday For Road Work

Road construction will start on Aztec Street in Flagstaff on Monday. City officials say crews will perform utility and street related work on Aztec Street from West Santa Fe Avenue to Francis Short Pond. The street will be closed from Monday through November, but residential access will remain open. Aspen, Birch and Cherry avenues will occasionally be closed to through traffic. Detour routes will be posted when that happens. Trash and mail services won’t be impacted by the work.
