A Stratospheric Balloon Is Floating Over Northern Arizona

A “stratospheric balloon” is floating over Northern Arizona this week. The balloon was launched by World View Space from the Page Airport on Tuesday, and has been floating around Page, the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. According to a recent article in “Forbes” Magazine the “Stratolite” balloon provides
an affordable, real time, persistent intelligence from a high-altitude platform.” The balloon has been seen from all over Northern Arizona as it floats around the area.
