Much-needed rain and snow fell across Northern Arizona Thursday as a winter storm brought precipitation and high winds to the area. Arizona Snowbowl reports 14 inches of new snow, which will help open more trails up on the mountain soon. Schools and bus services in Flagstaff were on a normal schedule Friday. Some storm totals include the Flagstaff Airport with just over two-inches and Bellemont and Parks just over three inches of snow overnight. The storm is leaving cold weather behind it. High’s Friday in Flagstaff will be in the upper-30s with lows in the single digits. Forecasters say another storm is expected to come through Northern Arizona Monday night and bring rain and snow showers to the area through Wednesday.
