ADOT Continues To Work Overnights On I-40 From Country Club To I-17 This Week

ADOT crews are continuing pavement replacement work on Interstate-40 between Country Club and Interstate-17. Crews will narrow traffic on westbound I-40 between County Club and I-17 from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. through Tuesday. Eastbound I-17 will be narrowed to one lane from I-17 to Country Club from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. Tuesday through Friday. The westbound on and off ramps on I-40 at Butler Avenue will be closed for overnight paving this week. The off-and-on ramps at Butler will be closed overnight Monday at 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. Tuesday. The eastbound I-40 off-ramp will be closed overnight Wednesday through 6 a.m. Thursday and the on-ramp at Butler will be closed overnight Thursday from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. Friday. Speed limits will be lowered to 45 miles-per-hour in the work zones. ADOT reminds drivers to slow down and use caution around workers and equipment when pavement work is underway.
