There was a shooting involving multiple people in the Timberline area Wednesday night north of Flagstaff. Coconino County Sheriff’s officials say the shooting took place at around 9 p.m. near the Chevron gas station at Campbell Avenue and Highway 89. One adult and a juvenile were injured and taken to Flagstaff Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Officials say there had been an altercation at a residence in the area and the involved parties left in several vehicles. At least two vehicles were involved in a chase while gunshots were fired. The front passenger, in a pursuing vehicle, fired multiple shots at the other vehicle injuring two occupants. Deputies arrested 18-year-old Anthony Daniel Luna of Flagstaff. He was booked into the Coconino County Detention Facility on two counts of attempted murder, aggravated assault, endangerment, disorderly conduct with a weapon, drive-by shooting and criminal damage. The incident is still under investigation. The Coconino County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for information about the incident.
