A man was arrested on five felony counts after a hit and run collision Friday in Prescott Valley. Police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Navajo Drive and Florentine Road at around 2 p.m. Witness tell police a yellow Dodge Challenger or Dodge Charger was heading southbound on Navajo Drive in excess of 60 miles-per-hour when it ran a red light at Florentine Road, t-boning a white Honda Civic heading westbound. A three-year-old in the Honda in a car seat was taken to Yavapai Regional Medical Center with a foot injury. The yellow Dodge then left the scene on Navajo Drive then turned eastbound on Highway 69. The driver was located in the 38-hundred block of North Joan Court in Prescott Valley. Officers arrested 30-year-old Monserrat Guadalupe Valencia and was booked into the Prescott Valley Jail on five felonies and a misdemeanor.
