A Flagstaff Man Is Arrested After Stealing A Dump Truck Sunday

A Flagstaff man was arrested after he stole a dump truck Sunday. The incident started when 27-year-old Tyler Littlefield broke into a landscape company and took the truck. He then drove to Grey Mountain where he stole some merchandise from the convenience store there. He then drove back to the Flagstaff area, driving erratically at times. The truck drove through some driveways and yards in the area of Burris Lane, causing damage. Coconino County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the area. When they arrived they were told that the dump truck was stuck in the mud in the neighborhood near the east end and a man was inside. Deputies told Littlefield to exit the truck and he resisted. After about an hour of negotiations, he finally got out of the truck and was arrested. Littlefield was booked into the Coconino County Jail on charges related to the incident.
