A Dewey Man Is In Jail After He Allegedly Drove His Truck Into Another Man And Stabbed Him

A Dewey man has been arrested after he got into an argument with a Prescott Valley man after he allegedly drove his truck into the man and stabbed him in the face with a knife Wednesday night. Prescott Valley Police were called to the Quailwood Greens Golf course at around 10:30 p.m. Witnesses say 51-year-old Clint Hughes was the one who drove his Ford F-350 into the 47-year-old man and stabbed him. Hughes fled the scene, but turned himself in to police a short time later. The victim was flown to a Phoenix area hospital where he is being treated for serious, but non-life threatening injuries. Hughes was booked on felony charges included attempted homicide, aggravated assault and endangerment.
