A Chino Valley Woman Is Arrested After Entering A Home And Threatening People Inside

A Chino Valley woman was arrested after she entered a home and pointed a gun at the people inside. Police responded to a home on the 700 block of Havasu Drive just after midnight Tuesday. Victims tell police 36-year-old Sarah Luna came to the door and knocked. When the door opened, she entered the home with a gun pointed at a victim. The two struggled, which led to a gunshot fired into the ceiling. After the struggle, Luna left the house before police arrived. No one was injured. Luna was taken into custody by police Wednesday at the Family Dollar store in Paulden. She has been booked into the Yavapai County Detention Center on charges of aggravated assault and first degree burglary.
