Up to a $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the location of two missing Chino Valley residents. Investigators are still looking for 45-year-old David Batten and 28-year-old Elissa Landry. Batten is Landry’s stepfather and both went missing back on April 19th under suspicious circumstances. Twenty-four-year-old Mitchell Mincks was arrested in Waterloo, Iowa on an unrelated warrant recently and is a person if interest in their disappearance. Police believe the two were killed since then and their bodies have been placed somewhere in rural Yavapai County, within the Chino Valley area. Also missing is Elissa’s blue 2013 Subaru Forester, bearing an Arizona Women’s Veteran plate WV1236. If anyone has any information on Batten or Landry’s disappearance, or the missing vehicle, call Yavapai Silent Witness at 1-800-932-3232. You can also go online and leave a tip at yavapaisw.com.
