NAU Women Beat Eastern Washington 74-58 To Advance To Wednesday’s Big Sky Championship Game

The NAU women’s basketball team will play for the Big Sky Championship Wednesday as they beat the fourth-seeded Eastern Washington Eagles in Tuesday’s semifinal, 74-58. Regan Schenck led the Lumberjacks with 22 points and Niyah Moran added 16 points in the win. Freshman Sophie Glancey chipped in with 13 points and ten rebounds as NAU advances to their second straight conference championship game. NAU fell to Montana State last season. The Jacks will play either seventh-seed Portland State or third-seed Sacramento State Wednesday. Tip time is at 3 p.m. with the pregame show starting at 2:30 on The Legend 93.5/AM 930.
