When stopped, Partida gave consent for deputies to search his vehicle, allowing deputies to find eight pounds of meth and 40-thousand fentanyl pills. The second stop involved 26-year-old Hector Ramirez-Galvez of Phoenix. When Galvez came to a stop, deputies found approximately 15-thousand fentanyl pills in his possession.
