Partners Against Narcotics Trafficking, along with the Yavapai County Quick Response Team, served a search warrant in Rimrock Friday evening, on a tip the home had a large quantity of illegal drugs inside. Detectives served the warrant at around 6 p.m. at the 53-hundred block of North Dave Wingfield Road. During the search, they found just shy of a quarter pound of meth, around 100 fentanyl pills, LSD, four ounces of marijuana in a case prepackaged for sale and containing a digital scale, as well as drug paraphernalia. Kenneth Frasard from Rimrock and his girlfriend, Lorain Cramer, were arrested at the scene and booked on several drug charges. Both had outstanding felony arrest warrants.
