A missing woman, who was last seen Sunday morning in Prescott, has been found safe in Prescott Valley. Yavapai County Sheriff’s officials say 30-year-old Whitney Collins was last seen before 6 a.m. Sunday on East Friendly Pines Road in Prescott. After receiving a tip of a sighting of Whitney, detectives eventually located her near the entertainment district of Prescott Valley. When detectives located her, she had a friendly, alert, and oriented demeanor. Whitney said her reason for sudden departure were personal and didn’t involve any foul play or other people.
