One person is dead after driving the wrong way and colliding with a semi-truck on westbound Interstate-40 east of Flagstaff Monday morning. DPS says the female driver of a sedan struck the tractor-trailer going underneath the semi at around 4 a.m. Authorities say the car was ripped in half at milepost 204 near the Townsend Winona Exit. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Summit Fire and Medical says the collision caused a large debris field. Interstate-40 reopened just after 8 a.m. after crews cleared the scene.
