A Winter Storm Warning is in effect through 11 a.m. Thursday for most of Northern Arizona as another major winter storm bears down on the state. Forecasters say heavy snow is possible above 4,000-feet. Flagstaff is expected to receive between 11-to-17 inches of additional snow, Williams 10-to-16 inches and Doney Park is expecting eight-to-12 additional inches of snow. The National Weather Service says travel could be very difficult to impossible. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibilities. Expect winds 15-to-25 miles-per-hour with gusts up to 35-to-45 miles per hour. If you have to travel, use caution.
