Winter Storm Warning In Effect Through Sunday For Flagstaff

The next winter storm is headed toward Northern Arizona and could dump a decent amount of snow on Flagstaff. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning until to 5 p.m. Sunday for Flagstaff, the Mogollon Rim and Happy Jack. Forecasters say Flagstaff could see between five-and-nine inches of snow, Doney Park could get between three-and-five inches and Williams could get between six-and-ten inches of snow. Forecasters say freezing rain could be a problem from east of Twin Arrows to the New Mexico border and south to Show Low and St. Johns.
