A Winter Storm Warning is in effect until 8 a.m. Friday for most of Northern Arizona as another strong storm makes its way into the Arizona. The National Weather Service is calling for heavy snow later Thursday afternoon through the overnight hours. Flagstaff is forecast to receive 15-to-21 inches of snow through 8 a.m. Friday. Doney Park is expected to received nine-to-15 inches, Williams 12-to-18 inches, Prescott seven-to-11 inches and Prescott Valley is forecast to receive between three-to-five inches of snow. Winds won’t be as strong as Wednesday morning, but we still could see 30-to-45 mile-per-hour wind gusts. Travel could be very difficult to impossible, especially tonight and tomorrow morning. If you have to travel, and can, use caution or just stay home.
