The latest winter storm has closed many highways between Flagstaff and Phoenix. ADOT closed Interstate-40 in both directions between Ash Fork and Williams overnight due to winter weather conditions and numerous slide-offs and accidents. However the interstate reopened at around 5 a.m. Northbound Interstate-17 has also reopened after it was closed at the Sedona Exit overnight. State Route 89A is closed in both directions between Flagstaff and Sedona, through Oak Creek Canyon due to winter weather conditions and rocks on the highway. Also State Route 260 from State Route 87 north of Payson to Camp Verde is closed as well. Another storm is expected to move through Northern Arizona Tuesday.
